Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #291
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (A) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,
Bill Chase of Hi-Ted)ec% Ilfaadouer&S'idi»,g filed for a small project on behalf of the homeowners for
work proposed at 100 Crossbow Lane,North Andover, The work involves updating an existing
seasonal screened sunroom,which includes removal of a set of stairs on the southern side of the
sunroom,removal and replacement of existing decking,rails,and the set of stairs on the north side
of the sunroom (closest to driveway). Install roof replacement with new skylights, new windows to
replace previously screened areas,and a new door on the north side are proposed. Proposed work is
to be done by hand only,no equipment will be used on site,and no ground disturbance will
occur.Work at its closest point,will be occurring approximately 65-feet from the I3VW at the rear
of the property.
During the March 9, 2022,public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)
found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit under Category "L"and voted unanimously to
approve this project sul)`ecf_t to comNiance with the conditions listed below. 'flee project is approved
only as it relates to the Conservation Corrunission and any and all other approvals should be
obtained by the applicant/homeowner.
**The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the
property is allowed under this permit. The NACC has jurisdiction over all the wetlands and
associated 100-Foot buffer zones on site and any work that involves ground disturbance or changing
the current conditions in these areas will require permitting with the NACC.This includes, but are
not limited to,house additions,pools,patios, decks,sheds, fences,garden beds,landscaping, soil
excavation,grading,bridge installation, tree,or vegetation removal/cutting/pruning.These
activities shall be reviewed under a separate permit and held to the current standards under the
Bylaw and Wetlands Protection.Act."*

The following cotiditiotis are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. Prior to work con-m-iencing a pre-construction meeting shall be scheduled with the
contractor, homeowner, and Conservation Department.
2. Dumpster and all construction materials and dumpster shall be stored on the paved driveway
and at no time shall any stockpiling of any materials be closer than 50 feet from the wetland.
3. A post-construction site visit:with the Conservation Department shall be scheduled to verify
compliance.
4. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
