District Manager Terry Shultz advises he will add this area
to EcoLabs upcoming visit. Code: The premises shall be

Routine inspection conducted today, as well as general follow up on recent complaint.
District manager Terry is on site and states that-
EcoLab is here contacted pest control. They will add outside area to their pest control contract if it
is not already part of their inspection. Staff have a list of cleaning areas per Steve Casey's
inspection yesterday.
