Dear Chairperson;
This letter is to show the agreement between First United Methodist Church of North
Andover and Peters Reality Trust LLC for the land easement between the two properties.
The trustee's, at their April 2004 meeting voted 7—0 in agreement with said easement.
1, John B. Lewis Jr, as Chairman, at the time, am writing this letter to confirm the
agreement between the two parties.
The paperwork is at Conference awaiting signatures and it has got verbal approval by the
District Superintentdent. He is on vacation until July 31, 2004.
