Modifications to the Walgreen's Pharmacy and Retail Building
Dear Attorney Manzi:
At the regularly scheduled North Andover Planning Board meeting held on November 21, 2006,
the Board voted unanimously to waive Site Plan Review to allow the following minor
modifications the Site Plan Special Permit for the project approved on November 15, 20f-)
1. Modification to the sidewalk widths in front of the buildings from 7-'0" to 8' —V;
2. Relocation of the man-door (36x84) from Southwest elevation to the South elevation.
3. Northwest Elevation -Relocation of the main entry doors from below the corner"Tower"
to the fourth bay from the left (the first bay being the corner"Tower");
4. East elevation - Clear anodized storefront glazing near the entrance was replaced with
windows to match the other windows in the wall with a masonry base; and
5. Northwest and 1`,ast elevations: Relocation of the signage formerly shown on two sides of
corner"Tower" to above colonnade roof on main building face.
The waiver is limited to the improvements proposed tinder this modification and shown on the
following plans:
