Dear Mr. Egge,
As discussed, Merrimack College is proposing to modify the Site Plan review Special Permit
issued on October 7, 2014. The College is proposing to fncrease the total gross square feet of
the project by approx[mateiy 1,330 SF by expanding the footprint of Buildings 1 and 2 closer
towards the larkdscaped courtyard between the buildings. This minor modification to the
project design allows for more space within the student common areas afready proposed
within those portions of both buildings, if possible, the College seeks administrative approval
from the planning Department of such a rrnfnor modification in order to continue construction
of the project.
