Grading is presently consistent with the approved site plan. DEP File#090-0750 Amended, NPDES Tracking No: MAR 12AZ77 This month's construction activities on this site include the following: * Substantial completion of construction of residence building#1,and#2. * Finish landscaping for residence buildings#1, and#2. ® Begin installation phase I underground infiltration system. * Maintenance and improvements of BMP's ® Miscellaneous site work, and management of stockpiled material. All erosion controls are presently maintained in suitable condition. All other BMP's including sediment traps inside drainage structures correctly installed, and are in suitable condition. All equipment is being stored, fueled and maintained in a suitable location sufficiently outside wetland resource areas. Trash and debris are being appropriately contained and disposed of. Grading is presently consistent with the approved site plan. There has been no encroachment within restricted areas. The Contractor has maintained and improved BMP's w/in the work zone to minimize infiltration of sediment to drainage structures w/in the work zone. At the time of this report there have been no notable impacts due to the significant rain events this month. At this time all work on this site is being performed in compliance with the Order of Conditions, the project Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan and consistent with best management practices.
