The specific site is an appropriate location for the project as it is located on the campus of the existing 1eiTitrtack College, . There will be no nuisance or serious hazard to vehicles or pede�;Irzftw. 4. The landscaping approved as a part of this plant Meets the requirements of Section 8.4 as amerided by the Planning Board, afthe 7 orth Andover Zortit3g Bylaw. 5. The site drainage system iS designed in acce rd.-mc with the 'T'own Bylaw requirements. 6.
