Aftor the Meeting at the District 4 office on September 25 , 1997 and in light of the letter from the North Andover Police Chief stating that there is not a current traffic problem and that he'- does -not anticipate any future problemr;,, the District dues not feel that a new access permit will be required. Be advised that if any traffic problems ahonld arise in the future, that the District will work with the College to solve those problems .
