Irr response to your request, Colo& Colantonio, Inc, has reviewed the plans and support
data fo€the above referenced project. Our review specifically addressed campli=te with
the requirements for a Specied Permit, Site Pkn Review for the Town of Aforch Andover,
submittal package included the following information:
Plans Entitled:

The parcel is located on the Merrimack College campus near the intersection of 114 and
I25. Reportedly the area is cuxren lY a pmvcd puking lot. It is proposed to move 150
parking spaces and constmet a one story Cultural Asia Facility.

Town Planner has previously approved this scale.

3. Section 8.3) 5.) e.) i.)NORTH ARROW/LOCATION MAP—A location map should
be submitted at a scale of 1" l 500'. The site map submitted has a metric scale of
1.2 ,000.
. Section 8.3) 5)e.)ii.)SURVEY OF LOYIPARCIEL—It is unclear if a boundary
survey of the site was completed. The Existing Conditions plan does not include any
survey i f'omiation and is not died by a Professional Land Surveyor.
5. Section 8.3) .) .) v.)TOPOGRAPHY—71w topagmphy only extends 20 feet nmh
of the site, although,it does not appear to effect the drainage of the site.
. Section 8.3) 5. e.) vi,)Z0NrNG MORMAUO —A table that includes all Zoning
Bylaw information should he included on the plans. This table should list all parking,
setbacks, percent of lot coverage, floor-Area-ratio,member of dwelling units,total
amount of squire fact, size of signs and any other applicable zoning information. The
Planning Board should identify whether the emir site should be included in the table.

calculations should be submitted with calculations that indicate the mitigation of t-

existing impervious area, it is unlikely that an in€reme its nmof'f will.result#Torn the
project.

indicated on the plain, It is unclear if there will be proposed signage to go along wxith
the building.

roadways do not indicate the type of gutter that is to be used and their dimensions,

not indicated on the plans.

subrrsitwd with this site. Refer to conum xt 7 above, We undersmd drainago
improver:xents are being coordinated with the Town of North Andover.

typically reviews these sections.
