Site Plan
Dear Mr . Huntress :
Relative to the subject project and your correspondence of
June 20 , 1990, please find enclosed herewith copies of revised
plans dated June , 1990 , which depict the following :
1 . Additional screening in the fora of landscaping has been
added to the site plan In three locations between the
existing buildings and the Merrimack College land ,
resulting in are overall increase in buffer from the
adjacent properties . At the site inspection on
June 9 , 1990 the existing buffering around the existing
residential properties was observed to be adequate ,
buffering the residential building from the existing
parking lot.
2 . The site lighting that currently exists is down cast so
that it does not spill onto land of any abutter or onto
the roadways . This existing site lighting will remain
in the above described fashion.
3. Currently , we are not counting any parking spaces that
encroach onto any abutter ' s land. We have shown these
parking spaces as existing , as the owner Is attempting
to obtain an easement from the abutter In order to
maintain this parking in place. Should such an easement
not be obtained prior to the Planning Board vote on this
plan , we will add a note indicating that the existing
asphalt over the property line is to be removed after we
obtain permission from the abutter to remove sane .
Alternatively , if we obtain the necessary easement , we
will add same onto the plan ,

4 . Currently both buildings , as well as the proposed
addition , services General Office use . This has been
added to the plan , with the appropriate building square
footages , so that the parking computations can be
verified by you and the Building inspector.
5. Sheet #2 shows the detailed proposed landscaped area,
around the addition.,
6 . The contractor for the client is currently preparing a
plan delineating the limits of construction work , and
preparing a sequence of construction so that the,
Planning Board can evaluation the impact of this project
on the actual site use , during implementation of the,
construction.,
As noted in Item #1 above , the addition of substantial on site,
landscaping will significantly improve the aesthetics of the
development. This additional landscaping will be done without
sacrificing the provision of any parking on the site .
Given the above , please do not hesitate to contact me should you,
have questions or comments regarding any of the above or the
plans .

Relative to the subject project and the June 28 , 1990 vote of the
Planning Board , enclosed are two ( 2 ) copies of revised plans
delineating the location of the temporary construction staging
area , and a note to remove pavement and install a curb , in two
( 2 ) locations where adjacent to the Merrimack College land .
