Site Plait Review - Special Perinif
The Plaiu�ng Board herein approvcs the Special Permit/Hite Plan review for the
coustruction of a 19,900 SF add-Mon located in the P-4 Zonirig District, This Special
Peunit was rquested by tht- Lawrence Eagle le Tribune kc:alty Trust, 700 Tkirnplikl-' treet,
North Andover, LMA 01845. This application was filed with the PfarmiFig Board on
JartuaTy 21, 2000_
The Ma ning Board makes the following findings as required by the, Noilh Andover
Zoning B lawa Section S.3 and I0_3:
FINDINGS OF FACT;

approval to the applicant provided the following,conditions are met:

Planner and subsequently endorsed by the Planning hoard, The final pfar7s

for i11C purpose ofinsill-ing that a final L'i-built plan silo Wing the location of

drainage facifities is submitted. The bond is also in place to insure that the
site is constructed in accordance with the approved plan. The form of

may be su€ject to modification by the P1amiing Board.
16. Any relvisions shalI be submitted to the To n Planner for review, if these revisions
are deemed substajittal, the applicant must subudt revised Plans to the Plana ng
Board for approval.
