Dear Occupant,
As noted in a posted Order to Correct and Violation Letter on Tuesday,April 19',2022,numerous
serious violations were cited at the property noted above.In order for the Landlord's contractor to address
the major items you are required to clean out the trash,garbage,and unneeded bulk items obstructing and
limiting egresses.
The initial letter was posted on your door and received by you on Tuesday,April 19d',2022.As of today,
April 28',2022,there has not been progress noted on the removal of the above items.Per our
conversation earlier today,you need to accomplish the following by Monday,May 2Dd,2022 at 1 Oam;
❑ Maintain the rear means of egress so that it is unobstructed and accessible.
❑ Remove all trash,garbage and bulk items so that the kitchen area is free from these items and has
pathways of 36"or more throughout.
❑ Remove all trash,garbage and bulk items to that the front egress("mudroom")is free from these
items, accessible and so that no items obstruct the front entrance.
❑ Remove all trash,garbage and bulk items so that the bathroom is accessible.
❑ Remove all trash,garbage and bulk items so that the living room area is accessible and free from
these items.
As discussed in our phone conversation today,the Building Commissioner,myself and the case manager
from the North Andover Police Department will be onsite at loam on Monday,May 2Dd,to reinspect and
ensure that noticeable progress has been made and that the above areas have been addressed.If you have

Dear Occupant,
In a letter dated April 28,2022,there were several areas of concern outlined to be addressed by Monday,
May 2nd,2022 in order to allow the landlord's contractor(s)into the unit to make the needed repairs to
bring the rental unit back into habitable condition.
On May 2', an inspection by the Health Department and Building Department noted that some of these
areas had been addressed. The remaining item below had not yet been addressed;
❑ Remove all trash,garbage and bulk items so that the living room area is accessible and free from
these items.
In addition,the following items should be the next point of focus and be addressed as soon as possible;
❑ Remove all trash, garbage and bulk items so both bedrooms downstairs are free from these items
❑ Clean the kitchen, living room,bathroom and bedrooms so that these areas are free from grime,
dirt,debris and any food waste present
❑ The second floor still has trash, garbage and bulk items stored and is inaccessible in areas.
Address this area to remove any trash,garbage and bulk items in order to create and maintain
proper egresses and allow for cleaning to occur.
As discussed in our phone conversation today,this should aim to be completed by no later than the
morning of Friday,May 6,2022.
