Dear Gerard
The Planning Board closed the public hearing on the above
cited site plan on September 28 , 1987 . According to state statue
the Board must issue a decision within ninety (90) days of the
close of the hearing. (Dec . 28th)
In order to address the excessive F.A. R. of your building
(maximum allowed . 50 , shown . 52 ) brought out during the Board ' s
hearing, you indicated that the owner would attempt to purchase
additional property from ABC Bus Company next door. Be advised
that a revised site plan showing this change must be submitted
to me prior to Dacember 10 , 1987 , in order to allow one to write
the decision within the mandatory 90 days .
Failure to do so will force me to write a decision to
disapprove: your site plan as shown, since you exceed the Town' s
F.A. R. Requirnmnnt8 . Should you have any questions regarding
this issue , please call.

Dear Scott:
Please be advised that in cooperation with the office of Thomas
Nevi , we are preoently adjusting the size of the parcel in order,
to comply with the floor area ratio minimum set forth in the
zoning by-law as determined by the Planning Board .
At this time , we do not anticipate having an "approval not
required plan" suitable for submittal prior to the end of the
3batutory time allowed for a Planning Board decision on the
Special Permit request .
Therefore , on behalf of our client , we are requeating that the
board move forward with a conditional approval which requires the
applicant to revise the site plan to demonstrate that the floor
area ratio will not excoed 50: 1 .
As always , your cooperation in this matter is greatly
appreciated .,
