According to state statue the Board must issue a decision within ninety (90) days of the close of the hearing. (Dec . 28th) In order to address the excessive F.A. R. of your building (maximum allowed . 50 , shown . 52 ) brought out during the Board ' s hearing, you indicated that the owner would attempt to purchase additional property from ABC Bus Company next door. Be advised that a revised site plan showing this change must be submitted to me prior to Dacember 10 , 1987 , in order to allow one to write the decision within the mandatory 90 days .
