Dear Ms Todd:
in accordance with our discussions and your authorization to
proceed, we have collected water samples from the above ref-
erenced location and have had theme tested. Presented herein
and attached are the results of this work.
n 25 duly 1989 , we visited the subject site and obtained
samples of surface water as directed. The sample locations
are illustrated on the attached plan one from the drainage
ditch along the, south side of the driveway and one: at the
inlet to the detention basin. The samples were collected in
Vol vials , sealed with to lon septa and kept cool until they
were delivered to dew England ChromaChem Laboratory for
analysis .
An agreed, testing included analysis for volatile organic
compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons. This scrape of testing
is consistent with the contaminant potential from the area.,
The attached test results indicate that no volatile organic
compounds and no petroleum hydrocarbon were contained in the
water samples .
,t the time of sampling, drainage was stagnant, the sediment
at the detention pond was "rust" c colored and a "flake " film
existed on the grater su,;r'faQe,.
we trust the above and attached information will be adequate
for your immediate needs . lease call if y ' have any questions
