Hi Ben,
Had a couple quick questions for you on the Boxford Street as built plan. I noted on the plans you specified that there
were 3 easements present, one for the water line and two for driveway and maintenance easement. I'm assuming the
water easement is for the Town, however do you have the owner(s)of the driveway& maintenance easement?
Another question I had was pertaining to the electrical service. Do you know if the electrical service was ran underground
to this property? I thought I remembered Kyle or Tom saying they had to dig a trench for this before finishing the loam &
seed but I want to make sure I am thinking of the correct property.
Thank you,
Stephen Casey Jr.

Hi Stephen,
The driveway and use easement is for the adjacent property. We showed
it as it appeared on the original design plan.
I am not sure where the electrical service is going, I don't think it
has been installed yet.
Ben

Brian, Steve, Toni-
All went well with the construction inspection at this address. The installer will need to put risers on one tank opening to
bring it to within 6" of finished grade and risers on the d-box as well might be needed. He will stay in touch with Steve
about this. No other items were noted.
Take care,
Dan
