This letter is to inform you of my awful automobile ace id6iTthat,took place ire the fs-ont
parking lot of the Jefferson Office park located at.800 Ttimpike Sleet,N; GTLII Andover,
MA on Sunday, August 20 at approx- 12::30 in the a .I was the driver and
planned can working in no office that Sunday afternoon, I have been a tenant in the
building for over tern ye�iys.
I was driving my 2004 Nissan Maxima, attcnipting to park in the approprizte pzykia ig spot
h Ai trey vehicle suddenly went over the 30-11bct emb nkznwt, cominued on and them
crashed into the large tree down in the ditch,
Police, ambulauce and tour truck all arrived within Mil-Mcs. I exporienced only neck
discomfort at the,time of the accident. I wait to my doctor•the following day because the
pain increased and I have been receiving physical therapy for my neck and back singe the
accident.

Her office coniplex located nearby just recently did renovation work in their parking lot
and she told me that there were so many salty issues and guidelines as to exactly w here
the parking spaces could be placed in that parking 1W which is completely flat, with no
30-foot ditches at curbside.
T spoke with North Andover Town Planter Mr. Lincoh-i Daly who advised me to send this
letter to you promptly so that you know of the safety liability issues that exist and
mention that you might want to rectify the problem to prevent future accidents. MI-r
D aly in the mcantime is checking,on their internal records as to g�,nde,1ine� for the
cornplex. Mr. Daly plans to follow up with both yore and t within the next few days,
In addition to mina ypersonal iRiury I have bee nwithout myvehicle for 30 days now. Ilic
auto body shop needs to wait for a Nissan inspcetion to be completed bolbre they repair
the car. The car rental coveyage on my autow,obille policy wifl be used kip this, week
because they only allow 30,days' rental. I absolutely need as vehicle to get to and ftom
work and take care of variou,s fainity inatters. 1.have a1solost a large deductible:aniowit
on my automobile insurance policy and am looking at an. insuranec surcharge of
appi-oximately $3,000, In addition, lhave had to take tinic off from work to go to
physical therap and doctoi.-appolhitnient�.
I believe that if a guardrail were in-place, nonf, of this would have happened. T might
also point out that if the tree that I crashed into was not there I probably would have:goiie
straigbi into trafflic,on Routc 114 with more serious I injuries and probably injury to others.
Ano,ther rvua or concern, for people"s saflety is that just a I'L-w 1'act to the tell of where may
accident occun-ed,, there is a large:mud [Iole that wasoive a watei ing hole flor cows.. Had
ninny car one into that hole probably would not be alive to (ell this story,
I do hope that you take:the necessary steps to rectify this safety issue a,s soon. as possible
so there are no turther accidents,to, the tenants, and visitors at this office complex. Such
