per my direction to the contractor and fanrtluer, lie has left a earth berm between the area of site

nice the time of rny previous inspection, additional steel construction has proceeded on the

anticipated to be within the next two ( weeks. Work is continuing with the installation of
the leaching chambers for detention in the northeast portion of the site and the area south of

excavated a ditch between the catch basin which is connected to the state stonin drainage

be a I 0,0 .year storm. Flood storage chambers are being installed in the frodnt of the site, We
have been carefully monitoring this operation to assure that there is no dons of flood storage
in the project area during construction,.
Attention was called to the fact that additional crushed stone filter berms are required to be
built at two of the other entrances leading into the site, Cairns, indicated they would
perform that work in the next day. They were also advised to sweep Willow Street and
provide the temporary patch over the water service on Willow Street. They were again
reminded to, extend dewatering loose from the south side of the building to the dewatering pit.

Dear,Mr. Howar&i
Relative to the subJect project:, please flnd enclosed herewith prints:of revised site plans for the,
storm winter detention facility for the subject project
The contractor was nnot able to obtain from precast maaonuf cturen-i;s the:exact size of tlne
Est rmwanter detention chambers called,i'cr on our original, plans, The chambers are slightly
longer in one direction, and shorter in another direction, In addition, the chambers are also
deeper than what:was specified on our drawings,
As as result, we have prepared the revised Plans which show more chambers than that on the
original plan, except at as different size. The square footage area of the chambers being
provided on the new plans is the saaaaae as on, the one originally approved.
The chaar nblers are also higher„ and as such, there is nnanrevolume can the,new plan than on the
