Upon following up on this complaint, it was noted that there were numerous trash cans on the property that were either filled over capacity or some that were not covered. This was allowing some trash to escape and begin to build up around where the cans were stored. I attached images showing this to this letter. I am reaching out to ask that, as the property owner, you ensure that all trash or recycling receptacles have tight-fitting covers available. Please speak with the tenants regarding not overfilling the trash cans so that trash accumulates on the property and is able to be blown around the neighborhood.
