Fiseat Imliaet: The proposed building will glace de minirnis demand on public service because
almost all services will be provided by pravale,contractors. The proposed bui[ding is estimated to
have a value of$400,000.00 thus adding to the Town's tax base and generating additional tax
revenues. Adjacent property values have increased as a result of the Crossroads project as
demonstrated by recent residential saes on Hillside Road. Prior to its eonstr=tim these
properties abutted abandoned warchouses and the pieopeaty was in a state of disrepair with juakt-d
antotnobiles stored on it,
Community Impact: The building will be consistent in design to the existiug building. flue to
its location on Route 114 this site does not gmn-ate significant pedestrian movement, There are
no historic structures or sites in this area. The building is consistent and compatible with the
