a 100 lot subdivision along Turnpike Street near Harald
Parker Road;
- 50 , 000 SF of TndusLrial R&D space south of Lhe lurnpike
SLreet/willow street intersection;
- 32 , 000 SF of R&D computer software spacc south of the
Turnpike struet/wiilow StrecL intersection ; and
v7 , loo 82 supermarket (8top & Shop) along Turnpike Street
at McLay Roa&
The annuaL background growth factor was pooporly derived using
trafEic count data from nearby MHD count stations .
It is assumed that the project- specific growth is accurate as
deteyminud based on infoymation, obtained finm the local Planning
Department , and previous impact studies .
Devulopment of the Build n1tornative consisted of superimposing
ALe-gencrated trips onto the study area roadway network .
These methodologies are consiuLent with traffic study
aspects of the
guidelinco of the MITT), No further work on these
TIAS is suggosLed .
