Every application for action by the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board. These farms shall be furnished by the
Town Clerl< upon request. Any communication purporting to be are
application shall be treated as Ynere notice of intention to seek
,celief- until such time as it a.s made on the official application
form. All information called for by the fora shall be furnished
by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed in accordance
with the requirements of Sectioli 8 . 3 .
Every application shall be submitted with a list of "Parties in
Interest" which shall include the petitioner, abutters, owners of
land directly apposite on any public or private street or war and
-shutters to the a#)utter.s within three hundred (300) feet of the
property line all as they appear on the most recent applicable
tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is
located in another city or town, the Plannii-ig Board of the Town
and the Planning Board of every abutting city or town .
