Co-4diminium Trust Petition: 0 43�89 555,565, 575 Turnpike St. DECISTON Forth Andover, MA 01845 The Board of Appeals held a pudic hearing on Tuesday evening, April 1i, 1989 upon the application of Chestnut Green at north Andover Condominium. Trust requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7, paragraph 7. a and Table 2 of the Zoning Bybaw so as to permit relief of 18' from the 50' setback requirement off Turapi.ke Street. The follo+aing members were present and voting; Al red F'rizelle, Acting Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Anna O' Connor and Louis kissin. The he;,ring was advertised in the North Andover Citizen, on February 23 and March 3, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The original hearing on March 14, 1989 was continued to the April 1.1, 1985 meeting. UPOn a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. R'Issin, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested. The State DPW had no objection to this variance according to Attorney J. Willis, Jr. and the North Andover Building Inspector, Robert Nicetta. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaws and that gra-rating the variaxtne wili not adversely affect the neighborhood nor derogate from the iixtent artd purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
