Street, Gnucner Pas Tres Special Permit/Site Plan Review Application Dear Bob, I aun attempting to replwi the 12 70 Turnpikcc Street Site for Mark Walterr of Greener Paswres. The issue is how to best utilize the site glveR the requirement that Mesiti Development must now place the seweir Pump Station out of the fi-ont and side setbacks (see attached sketch). Mack has advised ine that the scheme, while less than ideal, coald still be workable.' However, an increasingly important part o f the scheme is the ability to place nursery products such as shrubs and s{uplings in the side setback on tilt south side of the pmpeirty next to Famunis field. The nursery products would constitute a temporary and seasonal use of this strip of land in a manner that would be entirely compatible witli the adjacent agricultural use and the, intentions of the Village, Commercial Zone as eoprtr Ms natural screening of buiildings and parking lots.
