1) Purpose

service facilities upon properties located within tN- Town or adjaccnt thereto, 10
wireless service facility.shall -be, placed, constructed or mod ificd within the Town
without first obtaining- sloe pl&i approval from the Special N riinit Gi-anting
Authority {SP A)- Tha 'Planning -BoaTd small be the Special Permit Granting
Authority for the jssuance of a special pcniiit to allow the placement, constructiorl
and n7odification of wircicss service facilities within the town. This bylaw is
intended to ha used in conjunction with ether regulations adopted by the Town,
