I have reviewed the site plan for hot 4 Holt Road and hags
the following comments and recommendation;
1 . A total spx n l r system with a fire department connection
is required under MCL chap. 148 Sec. 26G.
2 ., The building shall have a fire alarm system and be connected.
to the municipal fire alarm. The builder should contact.
the Fire Cbief regarding this system,
. The owners should provide information as to what processes
will be involved with this business ; ie cutting and welding,
flammable storage , types of vehicles, being serviced etc. .

This letter is to inform your board of a violation of the order
of conditions on Lot #4 Holt Road.
in the decision given July 15, 1986 on page 2, items l through
, were orders to be met prior to occupancy.,

and found it occupied and doing business

The sprinkler system was to be installed in accordance with MGT,
Chapter 148 Sec . 26G. I had inspected the site several times
during construction and spoke e with the sprinkler ler installer. The
system may be installed but as to our knowledge it was not tested.
and the Fire Department was not notified of the test nor were we
resent during the test, if one was done as we require.

The fire alarm system has not been connected to the municipal
alarm system and has not been inspected.

whatever operations mow going on in the building to cease until
the building meets the order of conditions .
