Re: Zoning Variance applictition 419 Andover Street
Dear Zoning Board of Appeals:
Attached you will find a revised plan for the above sign variance application. On the
attached plan for reference, P 1 is on page 1 and P2 is on page 2. What we have done is drop the
variance request for the Andover Street side (P2). The current request for that side of the building
is 138 square feet which meets the current allowable size for that side of the building. However,
we are still requesting a variance on the route 114 or Turnpike Street side (P 1). We have reduced
the variance request from the initial application of 177.2 square feet to 138 square feet. We
believe it will still address the visibility issues raised at the last meeting. This also matches the
same size as the P2 or Andover Street side which makes for a better aesthetic for the project. The
amount of the variance requested now stands at 62.6 square feet.
In summary we are requesting one variance for P 1 or the Turnpike Street side of the
building. Size allowed per by-law is 75.4 square feet, we are requesting 138 square feet or a
variance of 62.6 square feet.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Richard yu,f 'sq.
