On March 10, 2022, the Board received a letter from the Department of Environmental Protection confirming the above. This variance decision is, based on the presentation, information and documentation provided by the applicant and is applicable to this end user and this site only. All other plumbing and gas Fitting work if applicable shall comply with the rules and regulations of 248 CMR 3.00 though 10.00 and all other applicable statutes and codes.
