Sony for the delayed response. I was ouit of the office last week. I diSCUssedl the
proplosed veterinary hospital with the Chair and he suggested a request for a waiver of
site, plain review. This way a decision will be written supporting through 'findiings of facts'
(aSSUrning the Board approves the request). The pro visiio,n in thezoniing bylaw that
all for approval of a waiver is as, fo ill ows:
Waiver of site plain, review.
When, in the opinion of the Ranniiing Board, the alteration or reconstruction of an existing
structure or new use or change in use wiH not have a siginificant iimpact both within the
site and in rellation to adjacent properties and streets, on pedlestr[an and vehicular traffic,
puiblIc services Fund,' infra5tructure, environmental, un,iciue and historic resources, abutting
properties, and comriniunity needs, the Planning Board rniay determine, without a. Public
heasing, that submission of a site plan review, application is not required.

The applIcant must requiest a waiver from site plan r viers iin writing and may be required
to, subirnit supporting. doc inure ntation that site plan review is not required. The waiver
request will be diSCUssed ait a regUlar session of the Planning Board.
