Ristoric Mill Area, MSTO V AND BACKGROUND On May 13, 2022, the applicant, Susan O'Dell, DVM, retluested a Waiver Site Plan Review requiroment with respect to the applicant's proposed veterinary hospital to be located at 57 High Street. The proposcd veterinary hospital represents a change of use and as a result, Site flan Ri-,Acw is triggered under Section 195-8.11.(3) in ordar to re,-use the former Dentist Collaborative facility. The proposal includes the interior renovation of the building and new signagc. Per the Applicant, routine deliveries are typically 1-2 times/week from UPS or FedEx, Signage wil l be desigued with the historic character of the neighborhood and the bylaws of the town. • No exterior changes to the building are proposed, which maintains the chwacter of the n.eighbo.rhood. • The for cr dental office irkclu ded 9 exam rooms.
