North Andover, Hsaex County, MM44ZhU ettx 297 for consideration paid, grant to Trinitarian Congregational Church of North Andover, North Andover, Essex County, Kassachusette; a church incorporated under the laws of the Comonwealth of Massachusetts with quHrhft rae.aiatr t >fax A certain lot of land, with the buildings thereon, situated in' North Andover in said County of Essex, Commonwealth of Massachu- setts, bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning at southwest corner of stone post and running by the road to Lawrence NORTH 210 West, three rods, nineteen links; thence by land of John Stevens NORTH 650 East, six rods; thence NORTH 400 East, six rode to a point in the fence marked; thence SOUTH 420.East, five rods, .five links to road; thence by 1 road SOUTH 46 1/20 West, six rods, eighteen links; thence by road SOUTH 660 West, six rods, twenty links to the point of beginning, containing fifty-seven and one-half rods, Reference for title is made to a deed of George L. Davis dated April 25, 1873, recorded with Essex North District Registry of Deeds, Book 21, Page 63, and said premises are conveyed subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth in said deed, insofar as in force and applicable. Also a second lot of land situated-in North Andover, said County of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of land formerly of Deacon Parker and running thence along the WESTERLY side of the atreet, one hundred and seventy-one (171) feet to a street thirty-three (33) feet wide; thence WESTERLY along the northerly line of said street, two hundred eighty (2b0). feet and six (6) inches to another street thirty-three (33) feet in width; thence NORTHERLY along the easterly, line of said last mentioned street one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet and six (6) inches to the southwesterly corner of Deacon Parker's land; thence EASTRRLY along Deacon Parker's southerly line, two hundred sixty-four (264) feet to the point of beginning. Containing one acre and five square rods be the same snore or less. Reference for title is wade to a deed of George L. Davis, at cis, dated January 1, 1866, recorded with Sneer South District Registry of Deeds, Hook 6W, Page 3, and said premises are conveyed subject to the conditions arse restrictions not forth in said deed, insofar BOOK as now in forte and applicable.
