As proposed to the Application, the project consists of till-, following: + Ash I land Iing Building: The AppIicxtion proposes the demo Iifion and replacerrrcnt.of the Facility's existing ash building with a new pre-east concrete panel strut€urc for the same purpose. The new enclosure-will occupy the saine,footprint as the existing ash building. The dernolitica of the existing stimeture and eunstmction of the new Wiidirng will be completed in two phases as described in the Applicatioa. * Wet erubbh-r System: The Application also proposes replacernernt and relocation of the Facility's existing wet scrubber which treats the thirst and air from the ash building.
