calendar years, of inspections, repairs, nilainterlance andifor replacement of the
stormwater management system or any part thereof, and disposal (for disposal the
log shall indicate the type of imaterial and the displosiall location);

Commission ("Commission") upon request; and
3. Allow rnernbors and,agents of the MassDEP and the Commission tea enter and

issuing authority.
