Notice is hereby given that the,DepaAment of Envirc umental Notection(Dep�ullnerit), aethig iil
accordance with the provision ofM.0.1,. Chapter l f I,sl e tions 1 d2A- 142K and Section 150,
M. ,L 30A, and 310 CM R 7.08(2)(1)7b., v�11 hold a 30-clap public comment period on the
following matter.
Pursuant to the Department"s Aix PollutjoilL C}onIT01 regulations at 3 10 CMR 7.09(2)(t)7, any peon
who owns, leases, operates or Controls a large municipal waste combustor unit shall submit a
materials separation plate (MSP) for the removal ofineictu -bearing products and other toxic
components or toxic precursors as designated by the Dcpartmk-,nt,
Wheelabrator Norge Andover,Inc., has submitted a M P in accord uicc with 310 C.MR 7.08(2)(f)7
and the Material Separation Plan Guidancefoe Municipal waste tvopnbustors, issued on January 5,
2000 and modified on February 16, 2000. The Department has reviewed the MSP4 and has issued
a graft app vA of the plan.
