9. No work shall be undertaken until the Order has become final and then has been recorded
In the Registry of Deeds or the Land Court for the district in which t�he land is located, within

18. Al[ sedirnientation barriers shall be rnaintained in good repair until all disturbed areas have

deposited in a wetland or water body. During construction, the applicant or his/her designee
shall, inspect the erosilon controls on a dally bask and shall remove acc uinu[ated sediments
