Protection District Speciai Permit requiretilertts with respect to the applicant's proposed nonstmction of
all open, covered porch, deck, and hot tub patio %vithirt the 'on6T3,ischargn blIffer rortc. The pr[}poesy is
within the Watershed Protection Distriot siirrounding Lake Cachicilewick, south of the lake, but well over
400 feet from the lake itself: Thi=is a wetland along the noitherly side of the property that was flagsed
by Narsn Environmental Services. AR proposed wol-k will be greater than 100' from the bordering
vegntated weflaBd-, however, evuluaf.an is oagoing as to whether the prupo" scope of work is withitl
