SECTION 8.3 The Planning Board makes the following findings regarding this application as required by section 8 . 3 of the Zoning Bylawm A. The proposed use and site design for this lot aye appropriate, due to it ' s location in Town. B. Adequate vehicular and pedestrian access into the surrounding Ate has been provided. O. The landscaping plan as shown and revised, meets the requirements of section 8 . 4 of the Zoning Bylaws. D. The site drainage system is designed in accordance with the ToWn BylaW requirements. E. The applicant has rot the requirements of the Town for Site Plan review an stated in Section 8 . 2 of the Zoning Bylaw. F. Adequate and appropriate facilities will be provided for the proper operation of the proposed use. The planaing Board finds under Section 8 . 35 of the Zoning Bylaw that the propoGad site plan goneral.l.y compl%8 with the Town Bylaw requirements but requires minor conditions in order to he completely in compliance with 'T'ewn Bylaws. Finally, the Planning Board finds that this proposal complies with the Town of North Andover Bylaw requirements so long as the following conditians arG complied with. Therefore, in o2'dea' to fully comply with the approval nece88ary to construct the facility as specified in the plans before us, the Planning Board he `e y grants site Plan Approval to the applicant provided the following conditions are net: ONDITIONS 1.
