Lorrg The North Andover Planning ning Board held a public hearing on Thursday evening , December 7 , 1907 in the Town Office Meeting Room upon the application of they Town oE North Andover r Board of Public Works . The hearing was, advertised in the North Andover Citizen on November 19 and Cwl'davd"rJnher- 26 , 1987 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . The following members were present and voting : Paul Hedstronnn, Ch i.rmana ; Geer e� ernna , Vice-Chairman ; John mu.uuucrnn , Clerk; and J hm Burke , The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section B . 3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw which requires iris ite Plan Review for a new development t which includes 5 or mdrn.-e parking spaces ,, "T"h'`ue petitioner also seeks a second^1! Fire protection and deLection system shall be connected to the municipal fire alarm system; C Under Chapter 140 , Section 26G, the building shall be fully sprinklered . 3 .
