achieved by visual testing

achieved by water / vacuum test (circle one)
Inlet tee installed, centered under access port
Outlet tee installed, centered under access port

If effluent filter, riser to finished grade over filter
Riser with cover to within 6” of finish grade

they visually appeared to have pitch and the installer reported that the designer
