17- Prior to the start of work, and if the project involves work:adjacent to a 19ardering Vegetated
Wetland, the boundary of thewetland in the vicinfty of the proposed work area shall be
marked by wooden stakes or fiaggMg. Once in place, the,wetland boundary rnaTkers shall
be maintained LIfItil a C(artilicate of Compliance has beer) issued by the GonseTvation
CornmiS8jori.
18,- All sedirnenlation barriers shall be maintained in good repair WIN all disturbed are'-as have
been fully stabil'ized with,vegetation or other means. At no tinne shall sedirnents be
deposited in, a wetland oir water body. During oonstruction:, the applicant or his1her designee

Gorninssion("Gommission"), upon request,' and
3. Allow mernbersand agents of the MIaF,-,DEF` and the Conimission to,enter and
inspect the site to ev6klate and ensure that the responsible party,is in compliance
with the rEl,qUlkernents for eadi BIMP established in the OW Plan approved by the
issuing authority.
