The "HydroC U' Storm water Model Systems has been used to compare the runoff rates between the existing lot conditions and the proposed lot conditions. The results of the analysis show that with file proposed site modifications and the installation of 5,205 square feet ofporoas pavement on (be# 13 Sutton Street the runoff rates from the propo,-wd lot wadi lions wil l decrease iiom that of the e.xisting conditions. 'Where will be no increase in runoff'fi-om the proposed site to Sutton. Street in all tlrrep, storm scenarios (2-year, i 0-year and 100-year). The scope of the analysis for bath of the analyzed conditions is the 15,665 square foot am for both lots.
