Field measurements show it is 13.5'-14.0' from dwelling. This might compromise the 10' lot line setback on opposite side of SAS. Installer to work with designer and investigate. D. Three issues to call to your attention: 1.The installer reports the building sewer pipe was lower than on the design plan so the system components needed to drop in elevation. I believe he said by about 4" but do not quote me on that. He reports he discussed this with the designer and that the required water table offset to the soil absorption system remains acceptable. I'd suggest getting the designer to make that clear on the as-built plan for the files 2.The outlet tee was not placed beneath the opening in the tank. The installer was instructed to adjust this so it was located beneath the opening and to demonstrate this was in compliance (side note- I believe this is not the first time this issue has been observed with this installer) 3. It is possible the soil absorption system is less than 10'to the lot line. The design plan shows it being built 10' off the lot line with the other side of it being 13' off the house. I measured 13.5'-14.0'from the house to the soil absorption system in that location which would imply that the SAS is less than 10'to the side lot line. I instructed the installer to review this with the designer and for them to work up a conclusive finding.
