3.0 PROCEDURES
3.1 An application i1or Flan Approval shall be filed by the applicant with the town clerk
and a copy oi' the application including the rate of filing eci-tificd by the town clerk
shall be filed forthwith with the Plan Approval AiEtlii dly. The PAA A411 hold a
public hearing foi: which notice has been given aN provided in Scotian 11 of chapter
40A.
3.2. The decision of the PAA shall be made, and a written notice- oI'the deci8i(3ii #fled with
the town clerk, within 120 clays oI' the receipt cif the application by the town clerk.
