As discussed over the phone, my wife and I plan to, aped a fitness faciAlty Under,the name,Title Boxing Oub in
the space that was, previously occupied by Thunder Sports in Eagliewood Shops located on Turnpike
Street. Our Tit�le, Boxing Club,will offer hiour long boxing and kickboxing fitness cli,asses Iled by personal
trainers. This will not be a contact or sparing boxin ,ymi. 'We are not planning to make any external changes
to the building other than adding a sign, which we plain to obtain a permit for. A.111 of our work will' be done
internalil'y and will mainly consist of installing our equipment to be used for the classes. This location is a
general business zone and the u5e is aflowed within this zoning distlict,
