All work is proposed outside of the 25'No-Disturb Zone. During the April 8, 2015 public meetinv. the NACC voted unanimously to approve this project. Erosion controls shall be installed,if necessary, as determined by the Conservation Department. 3. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite and accepted engineering and construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the completion of the project. 4. Date of Meeting:�� / S ❑ The delineated resource area boundaries have been confirmed by the Conservation Department as accurate. Plan Re uirentents Section 4.4.3 B): Certified and/or professionally prepared plans are not required. However, the North Andover Conservation Commission or its designated agent shall have the final authority to determine whether the submitted plans/drawings are adequate and include all pertinent information for review. At a minimum,all plans submitted shall clearly and accurately show the present conditions and proposed work and depict the location of all wetland resource areas within 100' of the proposed work. All plans must be signed and dated by the person who prepared them. The Commission may also require the following information on the proposed plans in addition to the aforementioned criteria where applicable: ❑ Location of any subsurface sewage disposal systems. ❑ Locations of any drainage structures. ❑ Locations of any easements,including but not limited to, drainage and utility easements. ❑ Locations of any open space boundaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 50' open space boundary as required in a Planned Residential Development(PRD)). ❑ Location and nature of all proposed alterations to the Buffer Zone Resource Area. Dear Jennifer: Attached please find two (2) copies of a plan delineating the proposed work area. i As we discussed at our meeting; yesterday, the scope of the work is as follows: } t 1. Remove and discard approximately 580 linear feet of existing fence in disrepair. 2. Relocate.and install new 6 foot high black vinyl chain link fence and gates. 3. Construct a woad chip walking path between existing roadway and new fence location. All of the proposed work will be outside of the 25 foot buffer zone and very limited excavation and grading will be necessary to complete the project. Prior to starting the project, we will schedule a site meeting with you to establish the new fence j location and determine where erosion controls need to be installed.
