At the regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting of February 6, 2007, the Planning
Boars# voted unanimou81y to grant a waiver from the requirements of Section 8.3 of thr,
North Andover Zoning Bylaw for yoar proposed business located at 67 Maln. Street. Tile
proposed business wiii offer a sinall pet grooming business to be located within the
existing building at 67 Main Street. On street parking is available in the surrounding
area. The business is a change in use from Lhe.previous use a retail food starq, known as
the "Pic Guy"_ As on street paliking is available the Board voted unanimously to grant a
waiver from the Site plan requirernents_
