Dear Piwining Board Member and Ms. Griffin:
Pu suant to the Town of oilh Andom wring by law section 8.3 subsection " " we
respectfully roqucst the North Andover Plwming Board waive Site Plan Rt� view for die property
located at 22- 4 and 28-30 Maim Street. Our plans for the existing buildings do nrot hwolve any
significant changes or modifications fka n their existing use or structux:e. Our pious do n.ot
involve Amy chaaiges to the buildings overall footprint.
Our intended use 1br (lip, buildings is officeiretaii on the first floor and residences on the
upper floors which is the wine as the prior ease;ind occupancy with the exception of the funeral
]ionic located within 8-30 Main Street. Both the fwieral home and thtc ofxiceJz tail use are
al]owed within the Gencral 13ushiess Zone where the subject properties are located.
The subject properties were previously owned by Johui Caron. 28- 0 operated as the
Caron Funeral Horne and residence for John Carom. 22-24 operated as an office on the first floor
and m silence on the: upper floors. The Property was subsequcntly purchased by Anthony S.
Cone in Match of 2001. We currently have are agreement to purchase the subject property from
Imo•. Conte and arc requesting (his waiver with his permission and consort. Enclosed please iind
a description of our plans four each bui[din g along with parking and site plans. Thank you for your
