Jennifer and Judy,
,Just to let you know that I have reviewed the May' 013 revised Storm water Report for the Brooks Solar project,
submitted last week by Sanborn (Head in support of a land disturbance applikatiOn.The revised pians satisfi3lctGrily
address aill of the commients, outlined in my 1/4/13 memo, and they also appear to r8fiect moving of the siltaition
barrilers to the down gradient side of the proposed tree clearing as I discussed ,with Max Lamson last week,
As noted In, the. response, the project will 6e subject to the EPA,Construction General Permit and require the preparation
and'Amplementation of'a construction 5,WPPP,.The SWPPP should be prepared in coinjunction with the site contractor,
and the Conservation Commissibin or other designated agent should have the opportunity,to provide input prior to its
submittal and throughout the course of project cons1ructibin.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
