In bruary 1987 Neve Associates filed a Notice of Intent i:or Bianchi 1 Realty Trust for a proposed building addition on rot 7 and adjacent lard in the North Andover Business Park. On May 13, 1987, your Co mission issued an order of Coaditions for the project. Amoag your findings was Condition U3 which called for revised piano to be submitted for review and approval prior to ally construction work. At issue was the extent of wetland alteration required to Construct the east corner of the proposed addition. The addition has been reduced by approximately 1500 s.i:. to eliminate further disturbance of ' Che resquree area. However, the 45000 s.f. wetland replication area which was originally proposed Ilan not been reduced. This area has already he en suW; tan tia11.y completed. Work to date includes installation of siltation protection, regrading, and =1ching. Wetland species will be transplanted during the next few in inths.
