It was constructed i-n 198 ( I)c6 tl P milt Fall 1985) and a 13,000 SF froover area was added in 1994 {Special Peiniit July 1993), Its products consist of dry & we( mixes for cakes acid muffins which are sold to superniarkets, food service distri butois and bakeries. Bake-n-Joy also produces frozen batters for the swine market. The proposed additions ue as follows: 1. Fit-w An 9,€ 00 Sly Fit-up of an existing unfinished Office Mezzanine Level. This work is entirely internal and would only effeot the exterior of the building by the installation of windows over the existing offices. Nighttime operations consist of the loading, Sunday - Thursday, of up to six tracks owned by Bake-n-Joy by a four-person crew. These (rucks are equipped to carry dry and wet mix as well as frozen ptoducts. They are loaded bet cen 5:00 pin and 2.00 axn, They depart the properly at 5.00 a.m. to make deliveries, returning later in the day. Tlie proposed loading docks will improve effioieney by providing greater Flexibility for loading existing trucks. The, compally does not foresee a reed for Taore trucks in the future. 5. Lighting& Sound= 31#1 j-The company does not propose any additional exterior lighting at the front of the facility. New lighting for the storage addition would consist of a wall mounted fixture at the exit door which is required by the building code, and throe adjustable floodlights Taounted on the south, west and north walls for security.
