The Planning Board reviewed your request to waive or reduce the project review fees require for
the Definitive Subdivision Plan and the Site Plan Review Application for this one lot subdivisiop-, ' f
As S 1,515.63 currently remains in the Project Review Fee Account from the preiimXrran ev"of �the subdivision and a total of$3,000 is deemed adequate to review the site, the Board armed to
reduce the Site Platt Review Project Fee to $1,500 and to roll over the existing $1, 515.63 into
the Definitive Plan Project Review Fee.
As you are aware the Planning Board has the power ,under Section 4.4( ) of the Fee
Regulations, to require a supplernenW fee if the amount in these accounts should fall below 5%
of the initial fee.
Please submit the S 1,500 Site Plan Review Fee by the end of this week so that the review of the

-Bxe building is fuiished however the, final landscaping and site stabilisation is not complete.
Today 1 observed#hat the area above the leaching field adjacent to the wad is cmTendy unstable.
1 am concerned that the soil my erode Onto the roan dkidng the winter therefore this area to-ust
be mulched as soon as possible to prevent exosion, IIay hales may also deed to be placed along
the edge of the Toad. The, planting area in front of'the buildin should also be cleaned up for the
inter. Please let me know when thi- work is complete.
